Ronald Harvey, 76 - August 18, 2010
Ronald “Ronnie” Dean Harvey, 76, of Gothenburg passed away Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
Services will take place on Saturday, Aug. 21, at 2 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church of Gothenburg with the Rev. Larry Viter officiating. Burial will be at the Gothenburg Cemetery.
A visitation will be held on Friday, Aug. 20, from 5-7 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church of Gothenburg.
Harvey was preceded in death by: his wife, Evelyn, who passed away on the same day six years earlier; his parents, Albert and Verna; an uncle, Onie; an aunt, Mae; brother, Roy; sisters—Beverly Earll and Rosie Rhinehart; a special cousin, Glenn Harvey.
Survivors include: his children—Cyndi (Kelly) Wohlert of O’Neill, Ronnie Lee Harvey of Lexington, and Barbie (Tom) Wolfe of Cozad; brothers—Don (Debbie) and Jim, all of Gothenburg, George (Peggy) of Columbus, and Lawrence of Napa, ID; sisters—Dorothy Andrews of Gothenburg and Sharon (Fred) Engberg of Joplin, MO; extended family members—Rollie (Dorothy) Brown of Gothenburg, Charles (June) Brown of Brady, John (Elaine) Brown of Eustis, Violet Montgomery and Harold (Susie) Brown; seven grandchildren—Cressi (Doug) McClellan of Williston, ND, Kristopher (Becky) Wohlert of Kenesaw, Lacy Harvey, Travis (Amanda) Harvey and Amanda Aguilar, all of Lexington, Amber Wolfe of Gothenburg, and Derek Wolfe and fiancé, Brooke Conroy, of Cozad; 12 great-grandchildren.
