ONWARD TO VICTORY: The Gothenburg Swede band, which included junior high members, performed its school’s fight song in front of a KNOP-TV camera Tuesday morning in their quest to be chosen as the area’s best band. Coltin Bebensee leads the band. Holly Carlini, who filmed the band, said the Swedes are one of eight bands filmed by the network which will be aired during the 6 and 10 p.m. news program next week and will also be available for viewing on the network’s Web site. People are asked to vote for their favorite band on the site at www.knopnews2.com. The top four favorites will advance to the next round of competition. Brady’s High School band was also filmed Tuesday.
