Eva Fern Shively, 94 - October 27, 2010
Eva Fern Shively, 94, of Gothenburg passed away Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, at Golden Living Center in Cozad.
Memorial services will take place on Friday, Oct. 29, at 10:30 a.m. at the American Lutheran Church in Gothenburg with the Rev. Matthew Groenke officiating. Inurnment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Rosehill Cemetery at Callaway.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Art; her parents, Frederick and Lila; brothers—Theodore, George, Lawrence, Gerald and Floyd; sisters—Lilly (Louise), Lula (Pearl), Ruby, Phoebe, Florence and Alice; son-in-law, Eugene Whipple, Jr.; a grandson, Robert Whipple.
Survivors include: her four daughters and families—Lucille (Bob) Whipple-Koenig and her daughter, Barbara (Jim) Hotz, Josee, Wyatt and Ty of Gothenburg, Ardis (Ernie) Lehmkuhler of North Platte and their children—Paul (Elaine) Lehmkuhler, Jennifer of Dodge City, KS, and Ryan of Lincoln, Lauretta (Lloyd, II) Vian, Heather (Steven) Maly, Michael and Samuel Clark of Lincoln, Carol (Bill) Trobee of Eaton, CO, and their children—Christine Trobee, Scott Bertea of Loveland, CO, Amanda Bertea and Chelsey Brown of Ft. Collins, Co, Tracy (Kevin) Greenwood, Mariah, Jessie and Sarah of Bellevue, CO, Donna (Jim) Goddard of Omaha and their children—Casey (Nick) Pelletiere, and Lena of San Diego, CA, and Travis (Becky) Goddard of Omaha; four step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandchild, William Vian; sister-in-law, Mabel Brooks of North Platte; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
