Cheryl Little, 60 - January 30, 2008
Cheryl H. Little, 60, of Lincoln, formerly of Gothenburg, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, of cancer.
A memorial service was held on Friday, Jan. 25, at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
Little was born Oct. 7, 1947, at Gothenburg, to Harold and Evelyn Harkness.
She was a graduate of Gothenburg High School Class of 1965, and attended Hastings College for a year before entering Lincoln General Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1969.
Little was employed as a Registered Nurse working for the Lancaster Manor in Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Harold W. Harkness of Gothenburg; sister-in-law, Daryl Little of Atascosa, TX.
Survivors include: her mother, Evelyn N. Hardman (Harkness) and husband, Frederick C. Little, Sr. of Lincoln; mother- and father-in-law, Eleanor and William Little of Newton, NJ; stepdaughter, Dana A. Little of Folsom, CA; stepson, Frederick C. “Chuck” Little, Jr. of Panama City, FL; sister, Debra K. Houseman of Hooper; sisters-in-law—Linda Markowski of Elbert, CO, and Daryl Little of Atascosa; brothers-in-law—Daniel Little of Miami. FL, Thomas Little of Atascosa, and Jeffery Little of Newton, NJ; nieces—Melissa Little, Lisa and Linsey Houseman of Hooper, and Kerstin and Bethany Little; nephews—Jim and Eric Markowski and Matthew and Zachary Little.
