The Young Guns recently earned a trip to the Association for Pool national tournament after winning the area playoffs. Young Guns members get an all expense-paid trip Nov. 8-12 to Charleston, SC, to compete for $12,000 in prize money. Team members include: Front—Austin Thornton of Cozad, Austin Spotanski of Cozad and Taylor Walker of Gothenburg; Back—Luke Buesing of Gothenburg, Tim McGuire of Lexington, Susie Thornton of Cozad, Tim Ourada of Cozad, Rocky Thornton of Cozad.
